Refund policy

Thank you for supporting Ondari's Founder's Batch launch.

Because this is a limited-quantity pre-order batch, all sales are final. We're unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, including unopened products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@ondarilabs.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right with a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Order Cancellations If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@ondarilabs.com. We can accommodate cancellation requests only if the order has not yet been fulfilled.
