Shipping policy

Pre-Order & Fulfillment Timeline

Pre-orders open June 16th as part of our Founder's Batch launch. All orders will be fulfilled and shipped beginning June 27th. This timing allows us to fulfill your order personally as part of our very first batch.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships on or after June 27th.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping rates are calculated and selected automatically at checkout based on the lowest available cost through our carriers.

Hawaii & Alaska

Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska are subject to a flat rate of $10.00 due to additional carrier costs.

Launch Event Pickup

Orders can be picked up in person at our Founder's Batch Launch Event on June 27th in New York City. Select "Launch Event" at checkout, and we'll follow up with event details and location.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available. We're working on expanding shipping internationally — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when this becomes available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

Ondari is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has been handed off for delivery, including delays due to weather, customs, or carrier processing.
